Reserve 1 1/2 cups of crumbs; pat remaining dough evenly into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread blueberry mixture over the base. Crumble reserved amount of the base/topping over the blueberry mixture. Bake at 350F until light golden, about 40-45 minutes. Let cool completely on rack before cutting. Store in refrigerator.

STARBUCKS OAT BARS
Steps:
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. I only had large flake oats, so I pulsed 2 cups in a food processor for 30 seconds before mixing with the remaining cup of large oat flakes. In a large non-stick pan or pot, melt butter over medium heat, add the honey, syrup, vanilla, water, and brown sugar. Mix and allow to bubble gently. Add dry ingredients to pan and mix thoroughly. Stir over medium heat for a few minutes. Do not allow to burn. Press into an 8 x 8 inch pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Compress the mixture evenly using the back of a flat metal spatula. Using a knife, score the top of the oat mixture into bar shapes to make cutting easier. After the bars have cooled slightly, cut the bars through while still in the pan.7. Allow to cool thoroughly and enjoy!
Tips:
- Use ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your oat bars will be.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the oat bars tough.
- Press the oat mixture firmly into the pan. This will help the bars hold together.
- Bake the bars until they are golden brown. This will ensure that they are cooked through.
- Let the bars cool completely before cutting them. This will help them hold their shape.
Conclusion:
Starbucks Oat Bars are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. They are also a great way to use up ripe bananas. With a few simple ingredients and a little time, you can have a batch of these tasty bars ready to enjoy. So next time you're looking for a sweet and satisfying treat, give Starbucks Oat Bars a try. You won't be disappointed!
