Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken tenders: Look for tenders that are about the same size and thickness so they cook evenly. You can also use boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips.
  • Use a good quality sriracha sauce: Not all sriracha sauces are created equal. Choose a sauce that is made with real chili peppers and has a good balance of heat and flavor.
  • Season the chicken tenders well: Before you coat them in the sriracha sauce, season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. This will help to enhance the flavor of the chicken.
  • Don't overcook the chicken tenders: Chicken tenders are very thin, so they can overcook quickly. Cook them over medium heat until they are just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce: Sriracha chicken tenders are delicious on their own, but they're even better with a dipping sauce. Try serving them with ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or honey mustard.

Conclusion:

Sriracha chicken tenders are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They're perfect for parties or potlucks, and they're also a great way to use up leftover chicken. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can make these tasty chicken tenders that are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
