Tips:

  • Precise Measurements: Use a kitchen scale for accurate measurements, especially for ingredients like flour and sugar, to ensure consistent results.
  • Quality Ingredients: Opt for high-quality ingredients like cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and butter to elevate the flavor and texture of the brownies.
  • Proper Mixing: Avoid over-mixing the batter, as this can result in dry, dense brownies. Mix until the ingredients are just combined.
  • Baking Time: Keep a close eye on the brownies during baking. Over-baking can dry them out, while under-baking can leave them gooey and undercooked.
  • Cooling and Chilling: Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving. Chilling them beforehand can help them set and make them easier to cut into clean squares.
