Tips:

  • To ensure the pork roast is cooked evenly, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The pork is done when the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • If you don't have a meat thermometer, you can check if the pork is done by inserting a fork into the center of the roast. If the juices run clear, the pork is done.
  • To prevent the pork from drying out, baste it with the cooking juices every 30 minutes or so.
  • If you want a crispy skin on the pork, increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C) for the last 15 minutes of cooking.
  • Let the pork rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful roast.

Spinach stuffed pork roast is a delicious and impressive dish that is perfect for a special occasion meal.
