  • Cook the salmon to perfection. Salmon is a delicate fish, so it is important not to overcook it. The best way to cook salmon is to cook it until it is just opaque in the center. You can use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the salmon. It should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Use fresh spinach. Fresh spinach is the best choice for this recipe. If you don't have fresh spinach, you can use frozen spinach, but be sure to thaw it and drain it well before using.
  • Use a good quality olive oil. Olive oil is a healthy and flavorful oil that is perfect for this recipe. You can also use avocado oil or another high-heat cooking oil.
