Tips:

  • For the best results, use fresh, ripe spinach. If you can't find fresh spinach, you can use baby kale or arugula instead.
  • To make the salad dressing, you can use either olive oil or avocado oil. If you're using avocado oil, you can omit the lemon juice, as avocado oil has a naturally lemony flavor.
  • If you don't have any pecans, you can substitute walnuts or almonds.
  • If you want to add a bit of extra sweetness to the salad, you can add a tablespoon or two of honey or maple syrup to the dressing.
  • This salad is also delicious with grilled chicken or salmon.

Conclusion:

This spinach salad with peaches and pecans is a refreshing and delicious salad that's perfect for summer. It's packed with nutrients and antioxidants, and it's also very easy to make. So next time you're looking for a healthy and flavorful salad, give this one a try. You won't be disappointed!
