1/3 cup red onion (- thinly sliced)
8 slices bacon
6 eggs (- hard boiled)

1 Tablespoon dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Snap the stems off the baby spinach, and add the spinach leaves to a large salad bowl.

  • Trim, wash and dry the spinach thoroughly and place in a salad bowl.
