Mix well. Add spinach and onions and mix thoroughly. Add dill, and toss to blend. Spoon into baking dish, pat down evenly and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake pie for 30 minutes. Raise heat to 350 degrees and bake until lightly firm in center and golden on top, about 20 more minutes. If top begins to brown too much, cover lightly with foil. To serve, allow pie to cool slightly before cutting into squares. It may also be served cold.

Tips for Making Spinach Pie
* **Use fresh spinach.** Fresh spinach has a better flavor and texture than frozen spinach. If you're using frozen spinach, thaw it completely before using it. * **Squeeze out the excess water from the spinach.** This will help prevent the pie from being too watery. * **Use a variety of cheeses.** A combination of cheeses, such as feta, mozzarella, and Parmesan, will give the pie a more complex flavor. * **Don't overcook the pie.** The pie is done when the crust is golden brown and the filling is set. * **Let the pie cool before slicing it.** This will help prevent the filling from spilling out. Conclusion
Spinach pie is a delicious and versatile dish that can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's also a great way to use up leftover spinach. With its combination of fresh spinach, creamy cheeses, and flaky crust, spinach pie is sure to please everyone at the table.
