10 Tab. margarine melted (not butter)
1 cup shredded Parmesan
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teas. dried thyme leaves
1/2 teas. cayenne
1 3/4 cup italian style bread crumbs

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees. Squeeze the excess water from the spinach adn put it in a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well by hand. Cook in the top half of the oven until firm to touch about 20 to 25 minutes. Let cook 5 minutes and serve immediately. Can cook, then freeze, bake after taking out of freezer till warm.
