Tips:

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Before starting, measure and gather all the necessary ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  • Use Fresh Ingredients: For the best results, use fresh spinach and corn. Fresh ingredients provide better flavor and texture to the muffins.
  • Don't Overmix the Batter: Overmixing the batter can result in dense and tough muffins. Mix just until the ingredients are well combined. Overmixing gluten will give your muffins a starchy texture.
  • Fill the Muffin Tins Properly: Fill each muffin tin about ⅔ full to allow room for the muffins to rise without overflowing.
  • Bake at the Right Temperature: Preheat the oven to the specified temperature before baking. Accurate oven temperature is important for proper muffin rising and texture.
  • Cool Before Serving: Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. This helps prevent them from breaking apart.
