VEGAN SPINACH BITES
Spinach bites that are allergen-friendly for my little guys. Flour keeps them from sticking and gives them a great crust on the outside. Baking dries up the spinach filling and prevents it from being too gooey.

Tips:
- Use fresh spinach. Fresh spinach has a more vibrant flavor and is more nutritious than frozen spinach. If you are using frozen spinach, be sure to thaw it and squeeze out all of the excess water before using it.
- Use a variety of cheeses. This will give your spinach bites a more complex flavor. Some good options include Parmesan, mozzarella, cheddar, and feta.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make your spinach bites tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Use a mini muffin tin. This is the perfect size for spinach bites. If you don't have a mini muffin tin, you can also use a regular muffin tin, but you will need to adjust the baking time.
- Bake the spinach bites until they are golden brown. This will ensure that they are cooked through.
Conclusion:
Spinach bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that are perfect for any occasion. They are also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. With so many different variations, there is sure to be a spinach bite recipe that everyone will enjoy. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy appetizer, give spinach bites a try.
