Tips:

  • To save time, use a pre-made marinara sauce. However, if you have the time, making your own sauce will give the lasagna a more homemade flavor.
  • Use fresh spinach for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh spinach, you can use frozen spinach that has been thawed and drained.
  • To prevent the lasagna from becoming dry, make sure to add plenty of sauce. You can also add a layer of ricotta cheese between the layers of pasta and sauce.
  • If you don't have a lasagna pan, you can use a 9x13 inch baking dish. Just be sure to adjust the cooking time accordingly.
  • Let the lasagna cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. This will help the flavors to meld together and make the lasagna easier to cut.
