1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/2 yellow onion (grated)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 pound feta crumbles
1 pound ground turkey
4 hamburger buns
green leaf lettuce
1 tomato (sliced)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 lemon (juiced)
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 pinches ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Mix the spinach, garlic, onion, oregano, salt, pepper, feta and turkey together in a bowl until just combined.

2 shallots, chopped
2-1/2 cups fresh baby spinach, coarsely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
3/4 teaspoon Greek seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
8 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
