Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh spinach and artichokes will give your dip the best flavor. If you can't find fresh spinach, you can use frozen spinach that has been thawed and squeezed dry.
  • Don't overcook the spinach: Spinach wilts quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Otherwise, it will become mushy and lose its flavor.
  • Use a good quality cheese: The cheese is one of the most important ingredients in this dip, so be sure to use a good quality cheese that you enjoy. A sharp cheddar or Parmesan cheese would be a good choice.
  • Season the dip to taste: Be sure to season the dip to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. You can also add other spices, such as chili powder or cumin, to taste.
  • Serve the dip warm: This dip is best served warm, so be sure to heat it through before serving. You can heat it in the oven or in the microwave.
