6 large (1-inch thick) bone-in, center-cut pork chops
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (14.5-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon thyme
Kosher salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps:

1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
garlic powder to taste

- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1/2 t. dried red chile flakes
- 4 center cut pork chops. you could also cut the pork chops into cubes before browning and serve with pasta
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can italian crushed tomatoes, 28 oz
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 t. chopped fresh rosemary
- 4 fresh sage leaves, chopped
- fresh parsley

Steps:

  • In large skillet, mix olive oil, garlic and red chile flakes land cook on medium low for 4 to 5 minutes. Add pork chops, salt, pepper and onions. Brown meat on both sides. Remove pork from pan and set aside. Add remaining ingredients except parsley. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and return meat to pan. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. 4 green onions, tops and all, chopped
1 beef gravy, package (1.61-ounces, Pioneer Brown Gravy brand recommended)
1 cup reduced-fat milk, divided
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Steps:

  • Combine flour, salt, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper & 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; dredge pork chops in mixture. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet; add pork chops and cook over medium heat until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
