Tips:

  • Use a good quality sausage: Opt for a sausage with a nice blend of herbs and spices to ensure the quiche is flavorful.
  • Don't overcook the sausage: Overcooked sausage will be tough and dry, so cook it just until it is no longer pink in the center.
  • Use a deep-dish pie plate: This will help to prevent the quiche from overflowing.
  • Don't overmix the custard: Overmixing will result in a tough custard.
  • Bake the quiche until it is set: A toothpick inserted into the center of the quiche should come out clean.
  • Let the quiche cool slightly before slicing and serving: This will help to prevent the quiche from falling apart.

Conclusion:

This spicy sausage quiche is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a brunch or lunch. It is also a great way to use up leftover sausage. The combination of spicy sausage, cheese, and eggs is simply irresistible. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy meal, give this spicy sausage quiche a try. You won't be disappointed!
