Tips:

  • Choose the right potatoes: Yukon Gold or russet potatoes are the best choice for this recipe, as they hold their shape well when cooked.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the potatoes, make sure to give them enough space in the pan so that they can cook evenly. If you overcrowd the pan, the potatoes will steam instead of fry and won't get crispy.
  • Use a well-seasoned cast iron skillet: A well-seasoned cast iron skillet will help to give the potatoes a nice, crispy crust.
  • Don't be afraid to add toppings: Once the potatoes are cooked, you can add any toppings you like. Some popular options include cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.

Conclusion:

Spicy potato tacos are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for any occasion. They are a great way to use up leftover potatoes, and they can be customized to your liking with a variety of toppings. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give spicy potato tacos a try!
