3 tablespoons oil
5 Thai chiles, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup ground chicken
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark mushroom soy sauce

3 serrano chiles, sliced
