1 teaspoon dried oregano
kosher salt and black pepper
4 pounds baby-back ribs (2 to 3 racks)
0.5 cup Dijon mustard

Tips:

  • To achieve a crispy texture, start by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs. This will allow the rub to penetrate the meat better and create a delicious crust.
  • The ribs should be cooked low and slow to ensure they are tender and fall-off-the-bone. A smoker or oven set to 225°F (107°C) is ideal.
  • Baste the ribs with the honey mustard glaze every 30 minutes or so to keep them moist and flavorful. This will also help to create a beautiful caramelized crust.
  • If you don't have a smoker, you can still make these ribs in the oven. Just preheat your oven to 225°F (107°C) and cook the ribs for 2-3 hours, or until they are tender.
  • Serve the ribs with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or corn on the cob.

Conclusion:

These spicy honey mustard glazed pork ribs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The ribs are tender, flavorful, and have a delicious caramelized crust. Whether you cook them in a smoker or in the oven, these ribs are sure to be a hit with your friends and family. So fire up the grill or preheat the oven and get ready to enjoy some amazing ribs!
