This was not prepared for the residents of the home instead it was prepared at a friends' house.U[date on June 07/2008 - made this again and we added green peppers along with the red & yellow peppers and we also added button mushrooms - for a change of pace. It tasted even better than the first time!

Tips:

  • Use fresh ginger: Fresh ginger has a more intense flavor than ground ginger, and it will give your stir-fry a more authentic taste.
  • Don't overcook the beef: Beef should be cooked quickly over high heat so that it remains tender and juicy. Overcooked beef will be tough and chewy.
  • Use a good quality soy sauce: Soy sauce is one of the key ingredients in this dish, so it's important to use a good quality one. Look for a soy sauce that is naturally brewed and has a deep, rich flavor.
  • Don't be afraid to add some heat: This dish is traditionally made with a bit of spice, so don't be afraid to add some chili peppers or Sriracha sauce to taste.
