1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heaping blue cheese ( freshly crumbled)
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
5 pounds chicken wings (broken down into wingettes and drumettes)
3 tablespoons light olive oil
1 cup Frank's Red Hot hot sauce
1 clove garlic (peeled)
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons cornstarch

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Break up any large pieces of blue cheese, cover and refrigerate until ready you dip.
