2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 -1 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 small onion, minced
1 1/2 cups fruit preserves (such as raspberry, peach, apricot, cherry or your favorite)

Steps:
