Yield 6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb hot Italian sausage (casings removed and crumbled)
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 lb penne pasta
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oil in hot pan, and add sausage, garlic and red pepper flakes.

Tips:

  • Use quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the pasta will taste. This means using fresh vegetables, high-quality sausage, and a flavorful sauce.
  • Don't overcook the pasta: Pasta should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. Overcooked pasta will be mushy and bland.
  • Use a large pot for cooking the pasta: This will help to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
  • Don't rinse the pasta after cooking: Rinsing the pasta will remove the starch, which is what helps the sauce to stick to the pasta.
  • Add the sauce to the pasta while it is still hot: This will help the sauce to coat the pasta evenly.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs: Fresh herbs, such as basil, parsley, or thyme, will add a pop of flavor and color to the pasta.

Conclusion:

Spicy Fatboy Sausage Pasta is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
