Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh vegetables and herbs will give your stir-fry the best flavor.
  • Marinate the chicken: Marinating the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, rice wine, and cornstarch will help to tenderize it and give it a delicious flavor.
  • Use a hot wok: A hot wok is essential for getting a good sear on the chicken and vegetables. If your wok is not hot enough, the food will steam instead of stir-fry.
  • Stir-fry in batches: Don't overcrowd the wok. Stir-fry the chicken and vegetables in batches so that they have room to cook evenly.
  • Use a wooden spoon or spatula: A wooden spoon or spatula will help to prevent the food from sticking to the wok.
  • Add the sauce at the end: Add the sauce to the stir-fry at the very end of the cooking process. This will help to prevent the sauce from burning.
  • Serve immediately: Stir-fry is best served immediately. The vegetables will lose their crispness if they sit around for too long.

Conclusion:

Spicy Cashew Chicken Stir-Fry is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The combination of tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and flavorful sauce is sure to please everyone at the table. With a few simple tips, you can make a stir-fry that is just as good as takeout.
