1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef (80-85% lean)
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Water
1 Large Bag Tortilla Chips ((or homemade))
1 - 16 ounce can Spicy Jalapeno Refried Beans
4-5 cups Mexican Cheese (shredded)
1 cup Sour Cream or Mexican Crema
Homemade Guacamole
1 Jalapeno (sliced (or jarred jalapeno slices))
Homemade Restaurant Style Salsa Recipe
2 Green Onions ((sliced))
Cilantro ((chopped))

Steps:

1 1/2 cup thick and chunky red salsa (from 1 [16-oz.] jar)

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for garnish
