SPICY ASIAN CHICKEN PASTA

I LOVE this sauce! It's a bit spicy, so, if you don't want the heat, cut back on the Jalapeno and hot sauce. But I LOVE it spicy! You could substitute shrimp or pork cubes very easily in this ample main dish. Or, leave the meat out completely and add some chopped peanuts. YUMMY!

Tips:

  • Use Fresh Ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your pasta will taste. If possible, use organic or locally-sourced ingredients.
  • Cook the Pasta Al Dente: Al dente means "to the tooth" in Italian, and it refers to the ideal texture for cooked pasta. Pasta should be cooked until it is tender but still has a slight bite to it.
  • Don't Overcrowd the Pan: When cooking the chicken, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly.
  • Use a Wok or Large Skillet: A wok or large skillet is ideal for cooking this pasta dish. It will allow you to easily stir-fry the chicken and vegetables.
  • Add the Sauce Gradually: When adding the sauce to the pasta, do it gradually. This will help you control the amount of sauce and prevent the pasta from becoming too saucy.
  • Garnish with Fresh Herbs: Before serving, garnish the pasta with fresh herbs like cilantro or basil. This will add a pop of color and flavor.
