PEACH LASSI
A wonderful fruity beverage based on an easy to make peach puree. The Lassi is spiced by a hint of Cayenne. You can vary the amount of peach puree and Lassi mixture to have a more thinner Lassi styled beverage or thicker to have a more peachy refresher. Refreshing on a summer afternoon as a beverage or after a dinner as a dessert of a different kind. You can make the peach puree in advance, but "hide" it in the fridge, because if someone will find it, it will be gone before you can use in this Lassi.

Tips:
- Choose ripe, flavorful peaches: The quality of your peaches will greatly impact the flavor of your lassi. Look for peaches that are fragrant, have a deep yellow or orange color, and give slightly when you press them.
- Use Greek yogurt for a thicker, creamier lassi: Greek yogurt is thicker and has a higher protein content than regular yogurt, which will give your lassi a richer, more satisfying texture.
- Don't overdo the spices: A little bit of spice goes a long way in this recipe. Start with a small amount and add more to taste, as desired.
- Chill your lassi before serving: This will help the flavors to meld and will make the lassi more refreshing.
- Garnish your lassi with a sprinkle of ground cardamom or cinnamon: This will add an extra touch of flavor and make your lassi look even more inviting.
Conclusion:
This spiced peach lassi is a delicious and refreshing drink that is perfect for enjoying on a hot summer day. It is also a good source of protein, calcium, and vitamin C. So next time you are looking for a healthy and flavorful drink, give this spiced peach lassi a try. You won't be disappointed!
