This is a super easy recipe that is very forgiving, one of our family standards. My husband makes it often without ever consulting the recipe and it always turns out well. Add broth and wine; boil until sauce thickens and coats spoon, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low. REturn steak and any collected juices to skillet. Mix in sour cream adn paprika. Stir until heated through, about 3 minutes (do not boil). Season with salt and pepper.
