1 tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger
2 lemon wedges
2 (750-ml) bottles chilled Prosecco

Tips:

  • Choose fresh ginger: Fresh ginger has a more intense flavor than ground ginger, and it will give your cocktails a more vibrant taste.
  • Peel the ginger before using it: The skin of the ginger can be tough and bitter, so it's best to peel it before using it in your cocktails.
  • Use a variety of ginger-infused syrups: There are many different ways to make ginger-infused syrup, so experiment until you find one that you like. You can use simple syrup, honey syrup, or even maple syrup as a base.
  • Add some citrus: Citrus fruits, such as lemons, limes, and oranges, can help to brighten up the flavor of your ginger cocktails. You can add citrus juice, zest, or even slices of fruit to your drinks.
  • Use sparkling water or club soda: Sparkling water or club soda can help to add some fizz to your ginger cocktails. You can also use ginger beer, but be careful not to overpower the other flavors in your drink.
