Tips for Making Spanish Couscous Salad
- Use high-quality ingredients. This means using fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices. It also means using a good quality olive oil.
- Don't overcook the couscous. Couscous should be cooked until it is tender but still has a slight bite to it. Overcooked couscous will be mushy.
- Let the salad cool before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve the salad at room temperature or chilled. Either way, it is delicious!
- Garnish the salad with fresh herbs, such as parsley or cilantro. This will add a pop of color and flavor.
