A personal recipe I made using spaghetti squash and combining ingredients from at least three other recipes I have used in the past. This recipe is extremely good and a favorite for everyone I have made it for. It has a little kick to it, not too spicy but not mild.

Tips:

  • Choose the right spaghetti squash: Look for spaghetti squash that are firm and heavy for their size, with no soft spots or blemishes.
  • Cook the spaghetti squash properly: To ensure the spaghetti squash is tender and easy to shred, cook it until it is fork-tender. You can bake it in the oven, microwave it, or steam it.
  • Use a sharp knife to shred the spaghetti squash: This will help to create long, thin strands of squash that resemble spaghetti.
  • Don't overcook the paleo meat sauce: The meat sauce should be cooked until the meat is browned and the flavors have melded, but it should not be dry or overcooked.
  • Add your favorite toppings: Once the spaghetti squash and paleo meat sauce are cooked, you can top them with your favorite toppings, such as grated Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, or a dollop of sour cream.
  • Conclusion:

Spaghetti squash with paleo meat sauce is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. The spaghetti squash is a good source of fiber and vitamins, while the paleo meat sauce is packed with protein and flavor.
