1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
2 cups tomato, diced
3 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 medium spaghetti squash
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
green onion, to serve

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  • Add the turkey and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Add the onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes, garlic, thyme, basil, and oregano. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

1 small onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 small carrot, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
1 ½ cups chicken broth
½ (6 ounce) can tomato paste
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place squash, cut sides down, on baking sheet.

1-1/2 cups CLASSICO Fire Roasted Tomato & Garlic Pasta Sauce
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Pierce squash in several place with fork. Microwave on HIGH 15 min. or until tender.
  • Meanwhile, brown sausage with peppers in large skillet; drain. Return sausage mixture to skillet. Add pasta sauce and oregano; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

1 (4 lb) spaghetti squash
4 Italian turkey sausage links, casings removed (about 12 oz.total)
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
2 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning (I use Mrs. Dash)
1 medium tomatoes, diced
1 cup chopped Baby Spinach

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mist a 9x13 baking pan with Pam. Cut squash in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds and place cut side down in baking pan. Bake 45 minutes until tender.
  • Remove squash from oven and let cool slightly. Remove squash from pan, and using a fork, scrape out flesh back into pan. Spread out slightly.
  • Mist a large skillet with Pam. Crumble sausage into skillet and cook over med-high heat until no longer pink, breaking into small pieces with spoon. Remove from heat.

1 small spaghetti squash (1-1/2 to 2 pounds)
1/2 cup water
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup canned diced tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Cut squash in half lengthwise; scoop out seeds. Place with cut side down in a baking dish; add water. Cover and bake at 375° for 20-30 minutes or until it is easily pierced with a fork. 8 fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
½ yellow onion, diced
¼ cup chopped fresh basil, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
