12 oz uncooked spaghetti, broken into thirds
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 lb bulk Italian pork sausage
1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (about 3 cups)
1 jar (24 oz) caramelized onion and roasted garlic tomato pasta sauce
4 oz sliced turkey pepperoni (1/2 cup)
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend (8 oz)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 14-inch deep-dish pizza pan with cooking spray. Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package, using minimum cook time.
  • Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook sausage in oil 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. 1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped sweet yellow pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jar (24 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl, toss spaghetti with egg substitute and Parmesan cheese. 12 ounces uncooked spaghetti
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (1 lb) package mild ground turkey or 1 (1 lb) package pork sausage
2 ounces turkey pepperoni, cut in half (about 30)
1 (26 ounce) jar tomato-and-basil pasta sauce (use more if you like)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded italian three-cheese blend (another cup won't hurt!)
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, and stems drained (optional)
sliced green olives (optional)
black olives (optional)
onion, green peppers (optional)

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti with 1/2 teaspoons salt according to package directions. Drain well, and place in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink. (If you are adding onions and or green peppers cook them along with the sausage) Drain and set aside. Wipe skillet clean. Add pepperoni, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until slightly crisp.
  • Top spaghetti in baking dish with sausage; pour pasta sauce over sausage (add any additional veggies etc at this time as well.) Arrange half of pepperoni slices evenly over pasta sauce. Sprinkle evenly with cheeses. Arrange remaining half of pepperoni slices evenly over cheese. Cover with nonstick or lightly greased aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes; remove foil, and bake 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted and just begins to brown.
  • For OAMC: Freeze the unbaked casserole up to one month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator; let stand 30 minutes at room temperature, and bake as directed.

1 lb. ground meat
1 16 oz. box uncooked spaghetti noodles
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup milk
1 egg
2 ounces sliced pepperoni
1 (26 ounce) jar pasta sauce
1 16 oz. can diced italian style tomatoes
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded italian cheese blend
any other pizza toppings, you can add like black olives, sausage, onions, green peppers, etc...

Steps:

  • 1. Boil water & salt for Spaghetti noodles, once it starts boiling, add noodles. Brown meat in a separate frying pan. Once noodles are cooked, drain and put in a casserole dish. In a separate bowl, combine milk & egg & whisk. Poor over pasta & add jar of sauce, can of tomatoes, garlic powder, & oregano. Mix all together well. On top of pasta mixture, layer the ground meat, then add a layer of pepperoni's. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, & Italian cheese. And layer more pepperoni. Bake in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes
