1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped

1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
3 large egg whites
1 large egg

1 tablespoon chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
