Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and tools ready. This will help you stay organized and prevent any scrambling.
  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Whenever possible, use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. This is especially important for the vegetables, herbs, and spices.
  • Don't Overcook the Vegetables: The vegetables should be cooked until they are tender-crisp. Overcooking them will make them mushy and bland.
  • Season to Taste: Be sure to taste the dish as you cook and adjust the seasonings accordingly. This will help you achieve the perfect balance of flavors.
  • Serve Immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is made. The pasta will start to absorb the sauce and become soggy if it sits for too long.
