- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. In a large bowl,combine the ground beef,eggs,milk,bread crumbs,onion,salt & pepper,and 1/2 cup ketchup. Mix until well blended and pack into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Mix glaze topping and set aside. Bake the meatloaf for 1 hr and 10 min. Carefully drain off any excess grease and top with the glaze topping. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes longer. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.

- 1. Melt butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat; add celery and onion, and sauté 7 minutes or just until tender. Let cool.
- 2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl stir together ground beef, 2 eggs~lightly beaten,1/2 can of tomato sauce. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, celery mixture,and next ingredients. Shape into a 10- x 5-inch loaf, cut bacon in half, and put on top of loaf. Bake at 350°for 45 minutes.
- 3. Stir together remaining 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and 1 tablespoon ketchup until blended, pour evenly over meatloaf, and bake 15 to 20 more minutes, or until no longer pink in center. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
