1 cup yellow cornmeal

1/4-1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup fine dry breadcrumb
1/4 cup cooking oil

Steps:

  • Sprinkle both sides of each slice with salt and pepper.
  • Dip slices into milk then in flour.
