5 oz canned corn, drained
4 tbsp sour cream (for serving, optional)

Steps:

  • Heat a lightly greased Dutch oven or heavy bottom pan over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Cook, breaking the meat apart and stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

2/3 cup frozen corn
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

1 (16 ounce) bag elbow macaroni
4 (8 ounce) cans corn, drained
2 (8 1/2 ounce) cans peeled diced tomatoes
4 (4 1/2 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 lbs hamburger meat
1 white onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste

Steps:

  • Combine meat, garlic, onion, red pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

3 vidalia onions (chopped)
3 bell peppers (chopped)
2 c uncooked elbow macaroni
28 oz crushed tomatoes
15 oz tomato sauce
6 oz tomato paste
3 c water
3 bay leaves
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp sugar
kosher salt (to taste )
black pepper (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste (liberal))
parmesan (for topping)

Steps:

  • Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, salting liberally. Add elbow macaroni. Cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Over medium-high heat, cook ground beef + chopped peppers and onions until fully-done. Season with kosher salt, black pepper, and a liberal amount of garlic powder to taste. Add smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire, and soy sauce.
  • When beef is fully cooked, add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
