MOIST PINEAPPLE BANANA BREAD
Our four kids like slices of this moist tropical-tasting banana bread for breakfast. I sometimes bake it in mini loaf pans, then freeze the loaves so we can enjoy a small portion at a time. -Mary Watkins, Chaska, Minnesota

BANANA-PINEAPPLE BREAD
This is my mom's recipe for banana bread with canned pineapple. It comes out nice and moist, but not overly oily as some banana breads do.

Tips:
- Use ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your bread will be.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the bread tough.
- Use a loaf pan that is at least 9x5 inches. A smaller pan will make the bread too thick, and it may not cook evenly.
- Bake the bread at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-60 minutes. Check the bread for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, the bread is done.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing and serving. This will help the bread to hold its shape.
Conclusion:
Southern banana pineapple bread is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. With its moist texture, sweet flavor, and tropical aroma, this bread is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give this recipe a try!
