Tips:
- Use a sourdough starter that is active and bubbly. This will ensure that your pizza crust has a light and airy texture.
- If you don't have a sourdough starter, you can make one from scratch using flour and water. Instructions can be found online.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for at least 8 hours, or overnight. This will give the sourdough starter time to ferment and develop its flavor.
- When shaping the dough, be careful not to overwork it. Overworking the dough will make it tough.
- Use a pizza stone or baking sheet to bake the pizza. This will help the pizza crust cook evenly.
- Top the pizza with your favorite toppings and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
