1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda

1 cup raisins, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup butter, softened

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with shortening; lightly flour.

1 cup cooked and mashed pumpkin or 1 cup cooked and mashed canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sour cream

14 1/2 ounces boxed cake mix (I used Orange, but white or yellow would work fine, too)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon clove
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
3 eggs
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temp
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 oranges
2 teaspoons cloves

1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 c butter 0r margarine (softened)
1/4 c shortening
2 eggs
1 c dairy sour cream
1/2 c water
1 c raisins, choped
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • 1. heat oven to 350. grease and flour 2 round 8 or91/2 round layer pans. measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl. blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping constantly. beat 3 minutes on high speed, scraping ocasionally.pour into pans .bake 30 to 35 minutes. cool, frost with your favorite butter ar cream cheese frosting,
