1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
3/4 cup corn flakes (finely crumbled)
2 teaspoons dried thyme
salt

  • Let the chicken rest before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful chicken.
  • Serve the chicken with your favorite sides. Sour cream baked chicken is a versatile dish that can be served with a variety of sides, such as mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.

Conclusion:

Sour cream baked chicken is an easy and delicious weeknight meal that is perfect for busy families. It is also a great dish for potlucks and parties. With its creamy, tangy sauce and tender, juicy chicken, sour cream baked chicken is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
