SORE-AND-STREP-THROAT-AWAY GARGLE

Sore-and-strep-throat-away Gargle image

No joke, this simple concotion from the famous, Vermont Folk Medicine book by D.C. Jarvis works like a miracle, but it's just Mother Nature at work for us. Apple Cider Vinegar is known to have so many medicinal/healing attributes, so put this one to work for your sore or strep throat. Yep....strep. This will knock the crapola out of the bacteria that's tryin' to knock the crap out of you. Be very sure that you are using real apple cider vinegar, as Heinz now makes an apple cider vinegar "flavored" liquid. (WHY??)

Tips:

  • Choose the Right Ingredients: Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor and results. Opt for raw honey, pure aloe vera gel, and unrefined sea salt.
  • Adjust the Ingredients: Tailor the recipe to your personal preferences. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the aloe vera gel with water. If you prefer a sweeter gargle, add more honey.
  • Gargle Regularly: Gargle with the solution for at least 30 seconds, several times a day. This will help soothe the throat and reduce inflammation.
  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day to keep your throat moist and reduce irritation.
  • Rest and Relaxation: Get plenty of rest and relaxation to aid your body's natural healing process.
