  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in extracts and eggs, one at a time. 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces, at room temperature
2 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.
