2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup of crushed corn flakes
3 tablespoons cornmeal

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients whenever possible, as they will produce the best flavor.
  • Don't overmix the waffle batter, as this will make the waffles tough.

  • Cook the waffles on a hot waffle iron, as this will help to create a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior.
  • Don't overcrowd the waffle iron, as this will prevent the waffles from cooking evenly.
  • Serve the waffles immediately with your favorite toppings, such as butter, syrup, fruit, or whipped cream.

Conclusion:

These oatmeal and corn waffles are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or brunch option. They are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and they are packed with flavor. Whether you serve them with butter and syrup, fruit, or whipped cream, these waffles are sure to be a hit.
