Tips:

  • Use fresh raspberries: Fresh raspberries will give your gelatin mold the best flavor and texture. If you can't find fresh raspberries, you can use frozen raspberries that have been thawed and drained.
  • Chill the gelatin mold before serving: This will help the gelatin set properly and give it a firm texture. You can chill the gelatin mold in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Unmold the gelatin mold carefully: To unmold the gelatin mold, dip it in warm water for a few seconds. Then, run a knife around the edges of the mold to loosen the gelatin. Invert the mold onto a serving plate and gently shake it to release the gelatin mold.
  • Garnish the gelatin mold with fresh raspberries and mint: This will give your gelatin mold a beautiful and festive appearance.
