1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vanilla or white chips
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts or almonds

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; add to sugar mixture until well blended. Stir in vanilla chips and nuts. , Spread into a greased 8-in. square baking pan. 1-1/4 cups packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons 2% milk
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups coarsely crushed potato chips
1-1/2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup milk chocolate M&M's

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla and milk.
