  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two large (9 by 5-inch) loaf pans.

1/4 cup room temperature unsalted butter
1 cup canned pumpkin puree, not pie filling
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F Lightly spray a standard loaf pan and line with a sheet of parchment paper with long ends so you can lift it out later for coating with butter and cinnamon sugar.

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cinnamon sugar mixture
