Tips:
- Use a large skillet or Dutch oven to sear the chicken and cook the mushrooms. This will help to prevent overcrowding and ensure that the chicken and mushrooms are cooked evenly.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when searing the chicken. If you do, the chicken will not brown properly.
- Cook the chicken until it is golden brown on all sides. This will help to seal in the juices and flavor.
- Use a low-sodium chicken broth to make the creamed spinach. This will help to prevent the dish from being too salty.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg to the creamed spinach for a touch of extra flavor.
- Serve the smothered chicken with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.

This smothered chicken with sauteed mushrooms and creamed spinach is a delicious and easy-to-make meal. The chicken is tender and juicy, the mushrooms are flavorful, and the creamed spinach is rich and creamy. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
