4 Hershey's bars, roughly chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup marshmallow fluff
16 Honey Maid Graham cracker squares
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Jet Puffed Mini Marshmallows for topping

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until bubbles start to form on the side, about 2 minutes.
  • Add the chopped chocolate to a medium sized bowl and pour the hot heavy cream on top. Let it sit for a minute and then whisk until smooth. Reserve.
  • Process the graham crackers until finely crumbed. Add the melted butter and pulse a few times until the mixture resembles wet sand. Reserve.
  • To assemble the s'mores in a jar, start by adding 1/4 of the Graham cracker mixture to the bottom of the mason jars. Then add 1/4 of the marshmallow fluff, 1/4 of the chocolate ganache and finish off my topping with mini marshmallows.
  • Using a cooking torch, toast the marshmallows until browned and serve!

6 (8 oz) canning jars, lids optional
1 (1.4 oz) package of Chocolate pudding, prepared according to package directions and chilled.
1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed graham crackers
1 1/2 cups Marshmallow Fluff
1 cup mini marshmallows for garnish

Steps:

  • Prepare the pudding according to package directions ahead of time, chill in medium bowl until set. (You can use regular pudding or instant)
  • Start assembling your jars with approximately 1 1/2 Tbsp of crushed graham crackers, followed by 1/12 Tbsp of pudding, followed by 1 1/2 Tbsp of Marshmallow Fluff. Repeat the process until jar is full.
  • If desired toast mini marshmallows for garnish with a cooking torch.
  • If you don't have a cooking torch you can pour mini marshmallows on a baking sheet.
  • Set oven to "broil".
  • When oven is ready place the baking sheet on the top rack closest to broiler and leave for 15 seconds. The marshmallows will toast VERY quickly, so stand close. Remove immediately and garnish, if desired.

1 canning jar, quart-size with lid and ring
1 pkg 1 sleeve graham crackers (about 10 crackers or 1 1/2 cups of crushed crackers)
1 pkg 1 large package seasonal peeps ® brand marshmallow candies
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/4 cup chocolate chips or seasonal m&ms brand milk chocolate candies

Steps:

  • 1. Instructions 1. Place graham crackers in a zipper freezer food storage bag. Use a rolling pin or meat tenderizer to crush crackers into crumbs. (You'll need about 1 1/2 cup of crushed crumbs: one "sleeve" of graham crackers, or about 10 whole crackers equals 1 1/2 cup when crushed.) 2. Place graham cracker crumbs into quart-sized canning jar. Use a meat tenderizer to pack crumbs tightly into the bottom of the jar. 3. Place Peeps candies against the glass on all sides of the canning jar. Press lightly to create a well in the center of the jar. (You'll use approximately 2/3rds of the package; our Halloween recipe used 6 of a 9-pack package of Ghost Peeps.) 4. Graham Cracker Crust:
5 whole graham crackers
Pudding:
3 cups whole milk
2 large egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Toppings:
50 miniature marshmallows
2 graham crackers, broken into large pieces

Steps:

  • For the graham cracker crust: Add the graham crackers to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until the crackers are crushed in to crumbs. Add 2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs to each of six 5-ounce jars. Press the crumbs down to the bottoms with the back of a spoon. Reserve the remaining graham cracker crumbs.
  • For the pudding: Heat the milk until hot but not boiling in a saucepan on the stove or in a heat-proof bowl in the microwave (1 minute on high). Beat the egg yolks in a medium bowl and add the hot milk, slowly at first, stirring constantly so the eggs do not scramble. Continue until all the milk is incorporated.
  • Add the sugar, cornstarch and salt to a medium saucepan. Whisk until there are no lumps. Slowly whisk in the hot milk mixture in a steady stream so lumps do not form. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture starts to bubble and has thickened, about 10 minutes. Add the semisweet and unsweetened chocolate and stir until the chocolate is melted, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter and vanilla extract. Distribute the pudding among the jars and refrigerate until fully set, 2 to 3 hours.
  • For the toppings:
  • Remove the jars from the refrigerator 2 hours before serving to come to room temperature. Just before serving, top the pudding with another layer of the reserved graham cracker crumbs.   • Heat oven to 350°F.

1/3 cup brown sugar

  • Crush your graham crackers to crumbs.
